The tour’s duration includes pick-up/drop-off times.

Pick-up locations outside of the city will be directed to nearby places.

The duration of all tours/activities is fixed, but it may vary based on city traffic.

During the 25-minute break after reaching the desert, the safari captain adjusts the tire pressure.

Restroom facilities will be available, and you can either rest or take the optional activity of Quad Bike riding.

Suitable shoes are recommended for sandboarding.

To avoid sickness/nausea, it’s advised not to eat anything for 2-3 hours before the safari tour.

The sand bashing activity is not recommended for infants (under the age of 3), pregnant women, or individuals with heart and back problems.

Henna tattoo painting activity; is not recommended for sensitive skin.

Weather conditions should be considered, and plan clothes according to the season.

During the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Tanoura show and Fire show will be part of the camp’s entertainment, and “Ladies Khaliji Dance” will be restricted. The dates announced by government authorities for other religions dates will be determined when are not allowed to conduct certain activities in the camp.

We are not responsible for any lost personal belongings during the trip; therefore, it’s not recommended to carry along expensive items.

All of our desert Safari Captains have been well trained and are licensed as qualified safari drivers. The entire Land Cruiser fleet is properly insured and outfitted with the necessary safety measures such as Roll Bars, Seat Belts, Government Tracker, GPS, GMS, First Aid Box, and so on.

This tour is not wheelchair accessible; however, if any members of your group have physical disabilities, please inform us, and we will try our best to accommodate.

The tour operator assumes no obligation for any loss, damage, accident, sickness, injury, or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur as a result of the activities and/or your contract with us and/or the operator of any activities.
