All passengers must carry with them their Vaccination card while traveling. (Digitally or Physically)
Any PCR TEST taken in the last 30 days is fine whether from your home country or from Dubai. (Digitally or Physically)
When traveling, everyone must have their Original Passport with them.
Pick-up and drop-off times are stated in the tour’s time frame.
Mosque hours: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (daily) & 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Fridays).
The mosque is closed to tourists on specific occasions, which are usually announced by the authorities only a few days in advance.
According to UAE law, the Grand Mosque is closed for any Islamic celebration. You are given around 1.30-1.45 hours to view the inside of the Mosque.
Women must wear long loose clothing, ensuring their arms and legs are fully covered with a headcover all the time. For the mosque visit, the company provides a long, local abaya with the scarf (long black dress attire) for women if needed, which must be returned back. Men must not show above their knees and cover their shoulders, including tattoos. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry. The tour or the company does not provide any kind of clothes to men.
The tour does not operate on Fridays during the Holy month of Ramadan.
Tour duration is fixed for all tours/activities, still, it may vary depending on the city traffic.
This tour is not wheelchair accessible, however, if any members of your group have physical disabilities please contact us and we will try our hardest to assist them.
Infants join for free if they do not occupy a seat.
